Briefly, Microsoft pushed a 56-megabyte update down the line to add four words–oops! Sorry! five words–to the spelling-checker. On the one hand, you’ll no longer be offered “Osama” as a suggested correction for “Obama.” On the other hand, FIFTY-SIX MEGABYTES, and “After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.”

For purposes of comparison, Damn Small Linux is an entire graphical operating system plus applications that fits in less than 50 megabytes.
